Using the forum. By registering on this forum, you agree to use it properly, and to refrain from posting any content that is aggressive, offensive, defamatory, hateful, or in violation of applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to post messages inciting or evoking illegal practices, or violating the terms of use of the service.
The moderators and administrators of this forum will do their best to delete or edit any reprehensible messages that may be posted on the forum. You acknowledge that all messages posted on this forum express the opinion of their respective authors, and do not necessarily reflect the position of the moderators and administrators.
In order to ensure the moderation of this forum, any message violating the preceding provisions may be edited or deleted without notice by the moderators and administrators of the forum. Any abuse may also be sanctioned by banning or deleting the user account. We reserve the right to inform your access provider and/or the judicial authorities of any malicious behaviour.

Spamming:
Any pointless thread/post.
Making threads such as, but not limited to, "Woot my post count is..." , "Why is the server down?" , or "Hi guys, what up?" will not be tolerated.
Spamming will result in you receiving an infraction, and your thread being closed/deleted.
Multiple spam will result in a 5 day ban.
Flaming:
Do not flame others on the Forums, Visitor Messages, or Private Messages.
Everyone here deserves respect. If you have nothing better to say than something offensive, then don't say it.
Do not start arguments over the Forums. Arguments will be stopped quickly and the users involved will receive infractions
Double Posting:
This means posting two or more posts one after another.
If you need to post something else, click the edit button and add it.
If you double post, you will be given an infraction.
Profane and Harmful Content:
Do not post threads with profanity directed towards another user or subject negatively.
If you post anything with hurtful profanity, you will receive an infraction. Repeated offenders may result in a ban, depending on the degree of it.
Do not post any links containing adult content, death, or harmful files. Doing so, will result in a permanent ban from the forums. No exceptions
Plagiarism:
If you are caught stealing someone's work you will have your thread/post deleted and your account banned for 48 hours. If caught doing again, it will result in a permanent ban.
Gravedigging:
Gravedigging is when you post on a topic that has not been posted on for over two weeks.
This is not allowed, because if a thread hasn't been posted on in two weeks or more, it's considered a dead topic. Look at the last post on a thread before you post towards the top left corner, if the last post says 2 weeks or more, don't post on that thread.
If you are caught gravedigging, you will receive an infraction. You will get caught if you gravedig a topic, trust me.
Advertisement / Websites:
Advertisement is allowed only in signatures, and must not be posted on the forums.
Please remember all other rules are to still be followed and any inappropiate sites will result in you becoming ban.
Discrimination:
Being discriminative to anyone on the Forums is not allowed. You will be banned for 3 days if you post anything discriminative in Private Messages, Visitor Messages, Picture Comments, etc.
Examples of Discrimination:
-Racism/Xenophobia
-Religious Intolerance
-Sexism
-Homophobia/Heterophobia/Biphobia
-Ageism
Just keep it to yourself.
Impersonation of Others/Staff:
Do not impersonate NineDivine Staff or anyone else.
If you impersonate someone else you will be permanently banned from the Forums.
Sexual Harrassment:
This will not be tolerated at all. Men and Women are equal.
Don't joke around about this too much, because some people may take it seriously.
This results in an infraction/ban depending on the severity of it.
Signatures and Avatars:
Don't put inappropriate content in your signature or avatar. This is a clean community, and we would like to keep it that way.
If you feel you need inappropriate pictures or words in your signature or avatar, tell us now so we can get rid of you.
Also if you're caught using other peoples avatars or signatures without their permission it shall be removed and you will be given a warning.
