(Beta) New Webclient !!!

Ok: I've just released the Incomplete/Beta-New webclient... It's fully functional, and new features such as the search bar which reference back to the forums posts... so its a topic search, for whatever, guides etc...

The only reason i'm really calling it "incomplete" is because, a lot of you may have overheard Zim and I, or Sean and I, talking about the new client and what not, This is NOT that... This just has a FEW features which will be included in the Finished/Complete New - Webclient release.

I'm releasing this because our webclient was down for longer than i had thought, i hoped to be finished with the updates by now, but they're proving to be slightly more difficult then i had originally anticipated.
