Zim and I, along with say, our Head mod and Head admin, we push our staff very hard because we expect a lot from them... Staff positions here aren't just to give away... Yes, ninedivine is a video game, but behind the scenes, we are very much a corporation... Staff positions are JOBS. and applying for staff is like applying for a job as it would be anywhere else. you've got to show us that you're the best, show us that we can trust you, show us why we should hire you and not someone else...

give your goal some time, work at it, know the server and the community, when the time comes, well... who knows what might happen ?
