| First, I'm sorry about this... It's going to seem extremely overcritical of me, but yet it is necessary.
Negatives:
- You've posted two threads in the application section, one is your application, another is just a thread About your application.
- Despite in-game activity, you're the newest member to the forums, you didn't even apply for your in-game mod status. So you've yet to achieve readiness for the responsibilities and power that come along with a full staff position and forums moderator rank.
- Based on you're all together, 4 posts, which i have read through, i don't see much grammar. Which is by far one of the most important characteristics of anyone on any staff team that will be posting notifications and or answering help threads / questions of mass amounts of people. Because we have players who don't speak english as their primary language, we need to be as easy to understand as possible.
- you're post count is low and your join date is the most recent. new players that come to the forums seeking help will usually look for people that 1: post significant amounts (and make sense) or players that have been around the longest.
OK. now, Positives:
- You are, from what i've seen, a good in-game moderator.
- You managed to both realize that we have a format for staff apps, And use that format correctly on your application. which shows me you've got potential as a forum mod, because you understand how we run things, and you follow requirements / rules Of the forum.
Now, looking at those two lists, which one has more weight? I hope you see my point. Again, i don't mean to be such a prick about this, but our forum staff members have a lot more responsibilities then our in-game staff members. Usually people won't get such a detailed list from me, it will be just a yes or no & maybe a small explanation. but you're a good staff member and honestly i'd like to see you go further. just take this list, and work on those things, at the same time you've got to keep up your end in-game and follow the rules.
good luck to you,
- Gir |
